Supermarket
Our family-run supermarket is conveniently located in the heart of the village, right on the main square, just across from a beautiful traditional church.
Here, you’ll find everything you may need during your stay from everyday essentials to local delicacies.
An ATM is available on-site for your convenience. You can also purchase bus tickets and check the latest bus schedule directly at the store.
The village bus stop is located right next to the supermarket, making it easy to visit Rethymno city.
Our supermarket is also open on Sundays: 08:00–13:00 & 18:00–22:00.
Fisalida
Fisalida is located on Gerani Beach, next to a beautiful traditional church — a picturesque spot that often hosts weddings and baptisms.
The taverna offers fresh seafood and savory meat dishes, perfect for a meal by the sea, while the refreshing sea breeze enhances the experience.
It also features a café area and a playground for our little guests.
Τzamaika
Tzamaika is located just behind Fisalida Taverna on Gerani Beach and is the perfect spot to enjoy the sea along with a refreshing drink or a light snack. In the morning and afternoon, you can relax with a coffee, juice, or snack, while later in the day you can enjoy a cocktail or your favorite drink right by the water
Once a week, Tzamaika hosts a lively beach party that starts in the late afternoon and continues until the early hours of the morning, offering unforgettable music and a unique seaside atmosphere
Staras Comfort Food
Staras It is an old building from 1869, which beautifully combines traditional and contemporary cuisine.
The tavern features a spacious and charming traditional courtyard, just like the old Cretan houses, where guests can relax and enjoy their meal in a warm, authentic setting.
Inside the tavern, there is also a small theater “Mythodia” , where during the summer various events take place, including stand-up comedy, concerts, theatrical performances, and more.
Here, you will find traditional Cretan recipes, along with a wide variety of meats and delicious appetizers, all prepared with care and served in an atmosphere that reflects true Cretan hospitality.

AnamnisiCafé&Patisserie

Just a few steps from the supermarket, you’ll find the traditional bakery that has been following Cretan recipes for generations.
Here, all bread and cookies are made with care, preserving the authentic flavors of Crete. In addition, the bakery offers a variety of other freshly baked products, such as snacks and puff pastries.
