By reserving your stay at Noemie Apartments, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

BOOKING: To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total cost (including apartment rental, any additional services, and applicable taxes) is required.

PAYMENT:  All payments are to be made in euros. 

Payment can be made via:

• Credit or debit card (Visa / Mastercard / Revolut / Viva Wallet / PayPal)
• Bank transfer (bank details will be sent with your booking confirmation)

The remaining balance is payable in cash upon arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival. In this case, the deposit will be fully refunded.
• For cancellations less than 15 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
• In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

CHANGES TO RESERVATION: If you wish to make changes to your booking, please notify us in writing. We will do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is from 15:00 on your arrival day, and check-out is by 11:00 on departure day. Late check-out may be available upon request, depending on availability.

OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy for Noemie Apartments is as specified at the time of booking. Additional guests require prior approval.

SMOKING, PETS, AND PARTIES: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, and pets and parties are not allowed on the premises.

LIABILITY: Noemie Apartments is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay. Guests are responsible for the proper use and care of the apartment and its contents.

TAXES AND FEES: The booking rate includes an environmental fee based on the season:

• November – March: 2€ per night
• April – October: 8€ per night

CHILD POLICY: Children of all ages are welcome at Noemie Apartments.
